Truly the best car Mercedes Benz has ever built & this is one beautiful example. This particular car was made in January of 1983 & delivered to it's original owner in April of 1983. Since then, she has only had two owners (of which both are listed on the title). The first being a prominent Texas Oil attorney who passed in 2001. The car was left to an employee, thus making him second owner. I personally own several of these cars, as I Love them. This is my best one & I'm proud to show her beauty & flaws exactly as they are. Afterall, in 7 months.... She will celebrate her 30th Birthday! I personally will never own another car other than a W123 300 Turbo Diesel as my daily driver (I may switch back n fourth between Wagons, Coupes & Sedans, but it'll always & forever be this engine.) This car is one of, if not the lowest mileage W123, I've persoanlly ever seen. The Seats are Extremly Clean & Firm, with NO Tears. It was only owned by two gentleman that were both of retirement age. The carpet & ceiling are equally as clean & the inside shows very minimal use. The engine is Amazing, Strong & Very Smooth with exceptional power & great shifting. With just over 137,000 Original Miles from two owners (the second owner drove from 82,000 to current mileage since 2001), it would be very hard to find another as sharp as this one. I'm not saying they don't exist, as I've seen the ebay auctions. But, yes they are very rare. All this combined with a sexy Labrador Blue Paint, she's truly "almost" one of a kind! : ) Included is the original manual as well as the Mercedes Benz ID tag, showing it was built for it's original owner, as his name is stamped on it.(matching the name on the title). This car is a Texas Car, originally from Houston. She was completely garage kept, until 2001 & then moved outside for the next 11 years. Showing some fading to her Labrador Blue color. She has minor imperfections inside & out. There is a minor ding on the left rear passenger door. Also, at some point she was backed into in the hatch, which left a ding. Both doors have small "Push in Dings", though no cracked or broken paint. I have to say that the front right panel has been painted at some point, as the paint doesn't seem to have faded equally with the rest of the car. There is also a very small (1/4 of a dime size, please see video) rust spot on the rear left panel just below the window. This is the only spot I've located with any rust at all. Other than noted, the rest of the body is Beautifully straight & lined up. Overall, I would personally rate this 300TD as a 90-95% car. An Exceptionally Clean Interior, Beautiful Seats with no tears or wear lines. An engine with extremely low miles (137,100 or less) very strong, peppy! An Exterior that needs a few touch ups to make it up to that 99.9% car, though she absolutely turns heads as is! I would love for this car to find a new loving owner. She's got a very long life ahead of her & has the potential to be one of the best on the roads.
