Up for auction is a 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 project car. This car was my daily driver in 1989 when it was hit in the passenger side rear while parked. It was pushed into the car that was parked in front of it which caused some front end damage. I was able to drive it the 30 miles back to my house. Then I parked it in my garage. It's been in garage storage ever since. I don't recall the last time it was started, so I'm sure it will need some work to get it started. The car is complete, no parts have been removed. The car is an 'M' code 351v4, but the engine is not original. It has a 351 Cleveland 4v that I installed around 1987. The engine ran good at the time I was driving it and has under 50k miles since being rebuilt. The car has a shaker scoop, rear spoiler, power front disc brakes, 4 speed manual transmission, tachometer. It had air conditioning, but the compressor is missing. The car is not bad as far as rust. I had some floor pan repairs done in the 80's. The drivers side front fender has a few small rust holes on the top front which can be seen in the pictures. There is some surface rust in the areas where there is body damage. The interior is complete but has needed a restoration since I was driving the car. The drivers side door was replaced, so the information tag is not correct. Feel free to ask any questions.
