He was not able to do the European delivery and shipped it to his dealer and was sold as normal inventory in February 1994. Mr Nuefeld bought the car for his new wife as a Valentines Day present and took Delivery on March 1st 1994. The car was used for a few years at their home in Green Bay, WI and then was brought to their winter home in Arizona in 1996 at about 35,000mi. The car also includes 8 KEYS, two CD Cassettes, original tool kit (unopened), and the original unused spare. Mechanically, this Benz is in perfect condition and runs and drives great. It has very healthy and very quick and 3.2L Inline 6. These engines are internationally known as going over 300k without rebuild and are built in the highest quality. The car has a very strong 4spd automatic transmission that shifts perfect. The motor puts out 217hp and is plenty to move this nimble Cabriolet around. The car has just been serviced at a specialized Mercedes service shop with Mobil 1. This car is very clean under the hood and really shows how its previous owner took excellent care of it. I have all service records with this car and it has always been well serviced. The oil was changed once a year since only about 4,000mi was put on the car each year. The has only been used about three months out of the year since the car was brought to Arizona in 1996. The head gasket was done at 52,000mi and a full 60,000 mi service was performed on time including transmission service, fuel filter change, and brakes and rotors were also done at that point. This car is extremely well cared for and I have all documentation. This car is ready to go! The car is in excellent condition inside and out.
