Up for auction sale is my 1997 Dodge D-3500 Cummins with Industrial Box Body. This vehicle is one owner (me) since purchased in 1997 and with low mileage of 60,060. It was used as a backup vehicle for my business and only ever driven by me. I have done some minor trailering over the years, hauling my antique military vehicle collection and purchases throughout the East. It is in much better than average condition for it's age. All maintenance and repair has been done by the owner. The vehicle has the following equipment and description of condition: Drive train- this is a Cummins, 12 valve turbo diesel engine with 5 speed manual transmission. It is also equipped with a Gear-Vendors overdrive (installed in 1980), for two wheel drive only. This option allows for higher road speed at much lower engine RPM (60 MPH at 1400 RPM versus 60 MPH at 1800 RPM!). It has dual rear wheels, (7:50-16"). Tires are 60% +. Front brakes pads and e-brake cable recent repairs. Options- this truck is air-conditioned with cassette player and AM/FM radio. It also comes with factory installed 8' snow plow (Fisher Quick-mount). The truck has been used sparingly for plowing. The original plow cutter blade is still attached and has nearly no wear. Total plowing about 100 hours or less. The heavy duty rack has flood lights for night plowing. The cab is in excellent condition with no rust, only a few scratches and a slight dent on the passenger door. The industrial box body has had the floor replaced and additional work may be required on the inside lower skin of the tool boxes. It has jr. west coast mirrors. The truck is equipped with a seven pin electrical connection and electric brake control. The rear bumper is fabricated heavy duty. The rack is 2" square stock and has three removable cross braces. There is a spare tire included and jack assembly under the front seat. No broken or cracked glass. There are no known required repairsneeded at this time. The vehicle comes without any warrantee expressed or implied. Payment- deposit in the amount of $500.00 is due in cash or bank check within 2 weeks of end of sale. Deposit is non-refundable. Pick-up of the vehicle must be made within 60 days and following payment in full in cash only. Final and full payment may be made at pick-up.
