Beautiful SUV with no paint dents or dings of any type, no mechanical issues, no significant interior issues... Bought by me with 1800 miles on it. Bought back by BMW soon after sold in late 2007 for a sensor electrical problem. Fixed and resold by BMW. I have had the car though all is warrantee. Serviced only at our local BMW dealers. New tires at 30K, 7K miles ago. Oil changed etc. on schedule last at 30K miles. Kept in my garage and also underground parking at work. No snow, no abuse. I currently have two teen drivers and 7 car insurances and wan't to sell this one. Front and back bumper covers replaced for a very minor parking lot type incident but didn't need paint or anything significant and just makes the car look even better (the plastic fades overtime on these) I know people are reluctant to buy the California Buyback cars but this one was through BMW, I saved about 10 grand when I bought it. Kelley Blue Book is 35 thousand. Reserve set 10 thousand less. I am glad to get it to a mechanic or the local BMW dealer for anyone that buys it and if they find anything wrong, you don't have to buy it... I am a 45 year old adult and this car was never abused...
