1958 Packard Hawk Project. We have been on and off this car for tha last 12 Years. Most of the bodywork and engine rebuild were done before we got it. Most of the hard stuff is done. We did brakes,lines ,hoses,master cyl.,tires, rebuilt supercharger,ex. system,new flywheel ring,starter,fuel pump,water pump ,paint ,bodywork, carpet,some chrome,belts hoses etc.What it still wil need is ,seat upholstery,rear bumper chromed,body torque boxes, and finish sorting and fixing.Thease cars were prone to rust,it has had repairs to floors trunk floor,light metal panels behind front wheels and a small frame patch above rt. rear wheel.It does not look to have ever been a rust bucket.Front end is fiberglass.Dash and headliner are decent.Glass and stainless are good.Some guages work and wonderbar radio makes some static. The number stamped on block in front is PH322,Body tag says 58l K9 524 .Studebaker museum says engine no. is LSe5710, I have not found that. I have build sheet from them. Car runs, drives around the block and has good oil pressure. I am picking up front bumper center from chromer at Carlisle ,end of the Month.Thease cars are tough to do,but bring really good money when done.This one has a choice,tear it apart and do a frame off, OR without a whole lot of work have a super rare presentable driver.Included in this Auction is a real rusty1957 Golden Hawk parts car with title and alot of parts, mostly mechanial.We have tried to represent this as acurately as possible.Must be picked up in South Jersey near 95 ,295, Turnpike,08079.RESERVE IS LOW.CALL 609 420 0039.
