Thank you for taking the time to view our 1988, Nissan 300ZX, 5 Speed, Turbo. We are the second owners of this vehicle. We have just replaced the original engine with a fresh Nissan engine that has 28,000 miles on it. This car runs like new and just went through a smog check with flying colors. I will do my best to describe this Z as accurately as I can. Upgrades: Brembo cross drilled rotors and calipers, front and rear, 1990 - 1996 Nissan 300ZX chrome wheels, K&N air filter, vin # is etched in the glass of both T-Tops, stereo is a Nakamichi CD player with tweeters in both doors and a subwoofer installed in the drivers side rear compartment. The original jack, mini spare tire and tools from the factory remain in excellent condition. This car runs like a dream and the Turbo still works like new and it will kick in at any speed when you need it. All gauges work in this vehicle with the exception of the oil temperature gauge which feeds it's signal from the oil pan drain plug. (This system works fine as does the gauge, it just needs a new plug installed on the oil pan drain plug which I had intended to do at the next oil change) this is a 5 minute fix. Things I am aware of that either do not work or need some TLC. The A/C system needs to be recharged (it has a new compressor installed and I know it blows cold air) The condensor fan works but is noisey so I have it disconnected at this time. The lower driving / fog lights have not worked since we purchased this car and I have no idea what is going on with them. This car has a nice paint job for it's age, but the front facia has rock chips and there is a small dent in the drivers side rear bumper area (as pictured) I have tried to list everything I am aware of and be as fair and honest as I can with this car but I am sure I have missed s few items but if so they do not affect the operation of this car and are only minor items. This car is not perfect in any way shape or form but for a car that is almost 25 years old she is in very good condition. She has been a great car for us in the 8 years we have owned her. This car was purchased from it's original owner in Texas and has remained in Las Vegas over the past 8 years so she has not seen much bad weather. We do have some spare parts that go with this car including the repair manual and original steering wheel. I can send any pictures that you may wish if you email me. This car comes with no warranty (although I do have the paperwork for the engine that was just installed which is under warranty for a few more months) Our reserve price is very reasonable for this car. We believe our asking price is very fair for this car. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, but we can recommend a good shipper and will bring the car to a delivery point in Las Vegas to ship to winning bidder.
