Auto was purchased on E-bay 01/2009 with a salvage title. (collision) Seller had rebuilt per state of Florida requirements. I had two mechanics go thru the car to verify that work was done satisfactorily. Mileage at time of purchase: 11,332. Replaced engine 12/2009, and now has less than 14,000 miles on it. Air conditioner replaced with new about a year ago. Tires are in very good condition, with over 70% tread remaining. Front brake pads just replaced; rear are still fine. Fresh Bosch platinum plugs. Will be glad to e-mail the engine replacement doc.; just provide your e-mail address. *There are two imperfections that I am aware of on this vehicle. 1. the plastic "shield" that goes in the wheel well on right side is missing. I don't see the importance of it, but you may want to have it replaced. 2. Over the right passenger door, there is a slight crimping in middle of the sill. I assume this happened as a result of collision before I purchased. You have to know it's there or you won't see it. *With the 2.4 engine it's very peppy. Good mileage--22/28; tight turning radius; agile and quick. *This car is a joy to drive. I hate to part with it, but it's a financial necessity. Was told by Texas DMV that will take four weeks to get "rebuilt" title. (I have the form required.) ***NOTE: Kelly Blue Book is at least $12,500. My reserve is almost 25% lower than this. The engine was not new and does not have a warranty. The man at Pam's assured me that the engine had around 750 miles on it, and had not been damaged in any way. I bought it on faith, since Pam's has an extremely strong reputation at E-bay.
