It has a clean no road salt Colorado Carfax history and looks all original. It has new tires, has been serviced, detailed and needs nothing. It has lived a good life and has a long ways yet to go! exterior The paint and body on this Explorer are in nice condition. It has good gloss, no rust, hail, or body damage at all. Everything matches and lines up well. We don't salt the roads in Colorado winters. The wheels are in nice condition and tires are brand new. The windshield is good, no cracks. It has 1 chip, but our glass guy is supposed to drop by and we'll have it sealed. There's really not a lot of wear on this guy beyond normal use. There's no dents or bad scratches. The rear bumper is a tad scuffed up on the left and it has some light pitting on the hood edge from freeway driving, but that's really all. We can have the rear bumper painted for you if you like, figure $150 to do the whole thing and an extra few days. I believe this is what shows up on Autocheck, probably just a parking mishap. The photos show it well. Nice looking vehicle for having a few miles. interior The interior is clean as well. There are no rips, burn holes in the upholstery or bad stains. I don't think it's been smoked in, but it has had a few owners. The dash, doors, headliner, etc, all pretty clean. It's well equipped and everything works except the DVD player which needs some repair. The screen lights up, but the eject button doesn't work and there's a disk in it. Apart from a little normal aging, it's all quite tidy. mechanical This Explorer runs and drives nicely. It fires right up and idles smooth, no warning lights on the dash. The motor is strong, plenty of power, shifts perfect and is responsive. It's easy to drive, doesn't wander, no odd noises, and it's been through our shop. The brake pad life is better than 50% front and rear remaining. The belt and hoses are fine, has a timing chain, so no timing belt to worry about. The fluids all look good, oil and filter are new, we also replaced the thermostat housing and temp sensor, they commonly leak on these. It's been well kept cosmetically and that usually goes along with regular mechanical maintenance. These Explorers are very good vehicles, should be great for a long while to come. comments This is a great little SUV and a smart buy. We guarantee original miles and clean title.
