The vehicle currently has 116,603 miles, was removed from service in Jan 2012 as part of our normal vehicle rotation cycle. When the vehicle is sitting unused for an extended period of time, when initially started it appears to idle roughly. However, once the vehicle is warmed up it appears to drive well with no reoccurrence of the rough idle. The tires have approximately 40 – 50% tread remaining. There is no spare tire with the vehicle. The exterior is in poor condition. The front bumper has some light rock chips present. There are 14-15 noticeable spots on the hood where paint is flaking off. The roof has 4 plugged & sealed holes from where the lightbar power cable & antennas were previously mounted. The roof also has some noticeable scratches/discoloration from where the lightbar was mounted. Finally, there is rust present on the passenger side edge of the roof where the lightbar was mounted. The driver’s door has noticeable light scratches present & the door molding has multiple chips/door dings present. The driver’s side rear door has multiple scratches present on the upper portion & the door molding has multiple chips/door dings present. The driver’s side rear quarter panel has approximately 9-10 small chips in the paint & 1 small dent where a chip is located. The rear bumper has multiple light scratches present. The trunklid has 1 plugged & sealed hole from where an antenna was previously mounted, along with 10-12 small chips & 1 larger chip where the paint is flaking off. The passenger side C-pillar has paint flaking off near the edge of the rear window. The passenger side rear door has some light scratches present & the door molding has multiple chips/door dings present. The passenger side front door also has some light scratches present & the door molding has multiple chips/door dings present. The passenger side front fender has a chip present approximately 2 inches long near the turn signal. The interior is in poor condition. There is a chip in the steering wheel at the 11 o’clock position. There is an indentation in the dash above the radio & 1 small screw hole to the right of the steering column on the dash. There are 3 screw holes & a 3-4 inch long cut in the floor between the front seats from where the police console was previously mounted. There is a screw & washer in the driver’s door armrest to secure loose trim for the master window switches. There is a small screw hole in the ceiling immediately in front of the front dome light. There are multiple stains in the ceiling & an indentation present from where the prisoner cage was previously mounted. There are 2 rectangular cutouts in the b-pillar trim from where the cage was secured to the vehicle frame. The fabric is torn on the passenger sunvisor. The backside of both front seatbacks has some small rectangular indentations/tears & discoloration from the seat rubbing against the prisoner cage when installed. There is a small, triangular piece of the dash missing on the passenger side near the door. This vehicle was serviced on a 60-day preventive maintenance cycle. It was last serviced in Oct 2011, at 113,396 miles. At this service, the left rear tire was replaced. Other repairs to this vehicle include the following items. In Nov 2011, at 96,745 miles, the transmission was rebuilt at a local transmission repair facility. In Sep 2010, at 92,382 miles, the interior dome light bulbs were replaced. In mid Jun 2009, at 63,056 miles, the left rear tire was repaired. In Mar 2009, at 57,994 miles, the battery was replaced. In early Mar 2009, at 57,713 miles, the right headlamp bulb was replaced. In Feb 2009, at 55,401 miles, the left headlamp bulb was replaced. In early Feb 2009, at 55,859 miles, the front brake pads, rotors, & right front brake hose were replaced. Also, the left front tire was repaired. In Dec 2008, at 53,604 miles, the transmission was repaired at a local transmission repair facility due to the front seal leaking. Also in Dec 2008, at 53,271 miles, the blower motor assembly was replaced. In early Dec 2008, at 52,640 miles, the left rear turn signal bulb was replaced, the right front tire/wheel repaired, & the vehicle had an alignment performed. In Nov 2008, at 52,045 miles, the right side headlamp bulb was replaced. In Oct 2008, at 50,403 miles, the spot light bulb was replaced. In Sep 2008, at 46,708 miles, the wiper blades & ABS control module were replaced. In Aug 2008, at 43,642 miles, the right front marker light bulb was replaced. In Feb 2008, at 31,587 miles, the right headlamp bulb & left tire were replaced. In Jan 2008, at 29,614 miles, the power steering pump was replaced under warranty at the local Ford dealer. Also in Jan 2008, at 29,608 miles, the battery was replaced. In Dec 2007, at 26,775 miles, the vehicle had an alignment performed & the passenger airbag jewel was replaced under warranty at the local Ford dealer. In Sep 2007, at 18,888 miles, the rear brake pads/rotors, all four tires, & the spot light bulb were replaced.
