Vehicle Detail
Great, great van! We've driven it for 3 years; we live in tiny town in IL so not many miles = not so much wear on vehicles. It had a panel on driver's side replaced, hence, rebuilt title. Repaired by a "perfectionist" professional body man = never could tell it! We've never used the DVD player so should have long life. Back seats, incl buckets & all fold forward.....back bench seat is covered and in our garage. We usually need more cargo space than people seats. They are clean, etc. Have owner's manual too. Just wanted to add that it is as quiet as a mouse! NO noises anywhere. Extended van so extra cargo behind back seats. Pass & driver airbags. Tinted windows help reduce heat in the summer. Front door storage pockets; behind front seats storage pockets. Someone had asked about rebuilt titles... Yes, it has a rebuilt. The whole system is crazy when it comes to the process. I've seen pics of a corvette that was flat to the ground that had a clean title, and then I've seen expensive luxury cars that only had only a small dent but were "totaled". Some say it depends on the insurance agent and their customers.....the wealthy with big luxury cars that want a new one, leads to the insurance guy making that happen for the customer! Then "Car Fax" I've seen their reports totally messed up. Said once that this van we had bought was in a horrible wreck and all that was wrong was a generator went out for the commercial pet hair dryer (it had been a dog grooming customized van!)--it had gotten clogged with pet hair = had nothing to do with the van...it was pristine and wonderful in every way! There's a dealer in KY, London Auto, that sells all of his cars at full retail even though they have rebuilt titles! FULL retail, and he's been in the biz for decades! We bought a late model Range Rover for $11k !!!! ....only item wrong was that someone had wired a big stereo system directly to the suv wiring! Easy fix...that was a great vehicle too. We've had customized chevy s-10....had a tiny fire in the front seat....all that was wrong. Had $10k worth of customization done to it.Had HHR, Chevy 4WD full size pickup & 2 other full size pickups (fraction of reg price), Scion XB, Vibe, Chrysler mini van bought in Cleveland suburb 7 years ago and just this month was totaled by another owner, Nissan Z 350 sports car, full size conversion van--all leather, low mileage + another similar van....no problems with either--very roomy. Currently we have a Chrysler 300 that the hubs loves.I know the industry would rather we all buy new vehicles and they have the propaganda out there to try to detour buyers from saving the money, but, our experience....we love saving the money and updated vehicles that are more reliable than high
