1965 Mercedes 220S Fintail sedan, a classic Mercedes design as they made 2 models to compete with the big American fintail cars of the 60's,.car is complete as we picked up it from the original owner, needs some restoration . the engine had the carburators replaced and updated last year, had the head resurfaced. this was a daily driver up until last year when the car was brought into the shop for mechancial. at that point the owner decided it was time to part with the car that had been in the family since 1965. the odometer which turns over at 100k miles is showing a little over 34,000 miles so that would be 134,000 based off the service records. Complete interior, it needs work on the top of the back seats as well as the bolster on the drivers side, original dash and steering wheel. Exterior, the car shows well but has rust on most panels. Great bones to bring this classic to show quality as these cars continue to escalate in price, we just have too many projects, open to realistic offers as the car is complete and parts alone brings excellent value, thanks and good luck.
