The 428 is a complete unit from a '70 Cougar Eliminator. It has a 292 Comp Cam, dual electric fans and remote oil filter. The idle has a very nice lope. Throttle response is crisp with torque on loan from God. The ride is pure muscle car!!! The steering is tight and responsive. Mechanically this is a very sound car. THE BODY / EXTERIOR: This car was stripped down to bare metal, blocked and sanded (pics will be given to buyer). Glass, doors, trim, everything was removed at time of paint. The car was painted Raven Black Dupont chromebase base coat clear coat. The hood scoop is a Boss 429 style scoop that was trimmed 2.5” to make it more low profile for a sleeker look. The hood scoop also has 2 custom LED turning signal indicators (see pictures). The body is super straight. Everything lines up beautifully! New bumpers and new flip down gas cap. Chrome looks fantastic on the car. Floors, torque boxes and frame rails are all in excellent condition. Inside of trunk was stripped and painted base coat clear coat with new gas tank. The wheels and tires are in excellent condition. SUSPENSION: The car has been lowered for an aggressive look and has subframe connectors to stiffen up the body being that this 428CJ has enormous foot-lbs. of torque. THE INTERIOR: Mach 1 deluxe interior with fold down rear seat. All NEW weather stripping, window felt kits, billet shift knob, custom steering wheel, door handles, dash pad.
