0 false 18 pt 18 pt 0 0 false false false In 2012, I delivered the motorcycle to http://www.combustioncycles.com/. The following is a list of parts and labor that brought the bike back to roadworthy performance.Parts: new tubes; front 2.25/2.50-18, rear 2.75/3.00-18 new tires; front IRC NR2 2.50-18, rear IRC NR21 3.00-18 new right mirror (Honda, not in photos) new speedometer cable (Honda) new air filter element new fuel line new fuel filter new front brake switch new battery new battery strap new NGK spark plug new 6V turn relay new 6V turn bulbs new 6V neutral/speedometer light new crush washers new tank grommets new petcock oring Service: fork oil changes brake pivots lubricated all cables adjusted and lubricated tune-up kit, adjusted points; condenser battery service oil change test drivefuel treatment1970 was the year Honda launched the CB 100 K0 Super Sport. The color is 'Candy Blue Green'. The motorcycle has a single cylinder engine and 5-speed transmission. It's a great sounding bike and an ideal platform for someone to build their own cafe racer. The front forks lock so no one can roll it away, and you can shut the gas valve as a security precaution. The tank has a reserve and the bike gets incredible gas mileage. Everything on the bike works. The headlight low beam and high, the flashing turn signals, the horn, the neutral light, the high-beam light, and the brake light for front and rear braking. There is a place for a honda tool kit underneath the battery that still has a screwdriver with 3 adaptors, 2 wrenches, 1 plier, and specs for tune-ups. I have been running the bike everyday, letting the engine get warmed up. I can email you audio, possibly video, or more photos. The inside of the gas tank is in great shape with little rusting. There is a ding in the muffler, small scratches on the gas tank, rusting on the frame (the worst of which is in the pics), and rusting on the inside of the hubs. The left side of where the frame meets the steering column is the worst rust spot. The right side (same place; also in the photos) has no rusting. The bottom of the gas tank has some light rusting in areas. Every part is original or a new Honda part (except the obvious like bulbs, etc.). Here's a great article on this model, by Paul Smeeton (http://www.bitzforbikes.co.uk/): http://ezinearticles.com/?History-of-the-Honda-CB-100&id=6709624.
