The vehicle currently has 108,046 miles, was removed from service in Jan 2012 as part of our normal vehicle rotation cycle. The vehicle appears to drive well with no apparent issues present. The tires have approximately 30 – 40% tread remaining. There is no spare tire with the vehicle. The exterior is in fair condition. The hood has multiple light scratches present. The front bumper also has multiple light scratches present and the front license plate bracket is cracked. There are multiple light scratches & 3-4 nicks present on the driver’s door, along with multiple visible nicks on the door molding. There are 2-3 paint chips & multiple light scratches present on the driver’s side rear door, along with multiple nicks & 1 paint chip approximately 1-2” long on the door molding. There are 2 paint chips present on the driver’s side rear wheel well. There are four plugged & sealed holes in the roof from where the light bar power cable & several antennas were previously mounted. There are also scratches present from where the light bar was previously mounted. There are multiple scratches on the trunk lid present. There’s a long black scratch visible on the rear bumper. There are multiple scratches present on the passenger side “b-pillar” of both doors. There are also light scratches/nicks present on the passenger side rear door molding & passenger side front door molding. The interior is in fair condition. The driver’s door armrest has a screw present to secure the master window switch controls. There are 2 small holes present to the right of the steering column. There is a cut & 2 small screw holes present in the floorboard between the two front seats from where the police center console was previously mounted. There is a dent in the dash above the radio. There are 2 rectangular cutouts in both b-pillars & an indentation in the headliner from where the prisoner cage/partition was previously mounted. The driver’s seat back cushion has a large tear present, along with a tear in the seat bottom cushion near the bracing. The backside of both front seatbacks has some small rectangular indentations/tears from the seat rubbing against the prisoner cage when installed. This vehicle was serviced on a 60-day preventive maintenance cycle. It was last serviced in Oct 2011, at 102,401 miles. At this service, the rear tires were replaced. In June 2011, at 96,969 miles, both head light bulbs, the left front tire, & the water pump was replaced. Also, both right side tires were repaired. In Aug 2010, at 86,771 miles, the master power window switch was replaced. In June 2010, at 84,675 miles, the vehicle hood, roof, & trunklid were repainted under a Ford recall program through the local Ford dealer. In May 2010, at 83,002 miles, the rear brake pads & rotors were replaced, & the left rear tire was repaired. In Apr 2010, at 75,147 miles, the driver’s door window track was lubed. In Oct 2008, at 53,939 miles, the left rear turn signal bulb was replaced. In Sep 2008, at 51,698 miles, the cooling fan assembly, thermostat, and O-ring were replaced & the antifreeze topped off. In Aug 2008, the right head light bulb was replaced. In July 2008, at 46,787 miles, the driver’s door window master switch was replaced. In June 2008, at 44,358 miles, the right front parking bulb, all tires, front brake pads/rotors, water pump, & fan belt were replaced. Also in June 2008, at 43,825 miles, the transmission cooler/air conditioner condenser & battery were replaced. In May 2008, at 42,489 miles, the left head light bulb was replaced. In Apr 2008, at 39,400 miles, the right front marker light bulb was replaced. In Mar 2008, at 36,908 miles, the engine cooling fan assembly was replaced & antifreeze topped off. In Jan 2008, at 33,555 miles, the left head light bulb was replaced. Also in Jan 2008, at 32,311 miles, the right head light bulb & left back up light bulb were replaced. In Dec 2007, at 31,249 miles, the rear brake pads, rotors & dome light bulb were replaced. In Oct 2007, at 27,652 miles, the left rear quarter panel was repaired at a local auto body repair facility due to damage from an accident. In Aug 2007, at 22,239 miles, the right rear window had the glass repaired due to criminal damage. In June 2007, at 18,684 miles, all the tires were replaced. In Nov 2006, at 406 miles, the air bag light was repaired under warranty at the local Ford dealer. This vehicle can be viewed between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays, at the City of Champaign Public Works Department, 702 Edgebrook Drive, Champaign, Illinois. The vehicle must be picked up between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday at the same location. The City of Champaign is required to sell all vehicles through an auction process.
