This 2001 Subaru Outback is in fantasic shape. The interior and exterior are in exceptional condition for the miles on this vehicle. The paint is shiny and there are almost zero scratches or dents. The tan leather interior is like new, no tears, burns, or scratches. There are no bad smells or stains. All the features work, heated seats, power everything, tape and cd players. This car has four matching michelin tires, original alloys in nice shape, and the clutch engages and disengages nice and firmly with no shudders or slips. Starts right up and drives nicely, no brake issues, no pulling, nothing abnormal. There are two issues with this car that we are aware of, the rear diff bushings are shot and the engine leaks oil from the base of the heads. The diff bushings are only noticeable when reversing and even then they only make a noise if you are hard on the clutch. The oil leak is minor and there is never a drop in oil level or pressure. There is no mixing of oil and coolant, and the car does not over-heat. Besides those two issues this is a problem-free car. The miles are high but everything else is in perfect running order.
