1972 Dodge D-100 pick-up. - Hot rod upgrades as follows. - I have owned this truck for year and half but "according to someone" I have too many toys. The - Boss Lady says it needs to go. - Original 318 was built by the previous owner with the following specs. ( Mopar 274 dur. 474 lift. cam & lifter package, 340-x-heads, headers, double roller timing chain, EDL aluminum intake and EDL 600 carb. The carb I recently rebuilt due to the crappy ethanol fuel. 727 transmission with an 8-3/4" non sure grip rear end with 3:23 gears. Factory 2200 flash muscle car torque convertor. The 727 was built 4 Years ago according to the people I bought it from. The transmission shifts and pulls hard. The truck runs great does not smoke, use oil, leak oil or transmission fluid. So don't ask!. Dual exhaust with Dynomax mufflers. ( This truck gets alot of looks, hits a mean lick and runs great. ) It has 11" front discs and drum rear brakes. Truck has a spray in bed liner & hey" the tail gate actually opens and shuts correctly. This is not a rust bucket but a nice every day driver truck. All lights and electrical work as they should. - Heat works but the factory air is not hooked up. All factory gauges work correctly but I have placed a tac, extra oil, temp, charging gauges in the truck that work. The dash pad is perfect. The seat has been recovered in nice black and plum crazy purple. New floor matts. And truck floor board matt. It has an ooga horn. The truck was painted Plum Crazy, inside and out. Truck was painted some time ago and has faded some. Upgrades within the last year. - coil - plug wires & plugs - rebuilt carburetor - new distributor - new electronic ignition module - new voltage regulator - new ballast resistor - new radiator - 4 new tires - 4 new centerline 15x10" wheels centers and lugs. - new belts - Lokar kick down cable - new brakes The driver side door needs the latch rod clip, the door panels need replacing at some point. Factory radio is there but does not work. This is a long wheel base truck that has a bill of sale only. ( I wouldn't hesitate to drive this truck home if I lived in California.)
