Here for sale is a 1988 Mazda Rx7 Turbo anniversary edition. We got RX7 to do a possible LS1 swap but decided to sell and invest toward a wrecker, so some projects are goin. This car is not perfect and does need work, but can be driven while restored no problem. This car sat for a while,we put in a fuel pump and battery and then had some fun in it, its a true sleeper. Please read on for a more detailed description of car Body: The body is overall in nice shape for a 25 yr old car. As can be seen paint is peeling on hood, some minor dents and rust bubbles, but a very easy repaint Interior: Interior is all 100% intact, leather is worn. Carpet is great, dash, door panels all nice as well as windows crackfree. Passenger window inop in closed position, moonroof very slow, wipers only work on medium speed and dash lights inop. car has an aftermarket cd player Drivetrain: This thing really goes, WOW! Starts right up no problems, no noises or leaks, and the turbo does its job. Transmission has all gears like it shoulg, shifter seems sloppy but again Im not use to this setup so maybe its the way it is. Has a LSD differential for added help putting this thing to the pavement. Needs rear shocks. EXHAUST: The exhaust is really loud, will need replace from cat to tailpipe. We were gonna replace to OEM prior to sale but figure new owner may want powergaining louder exhaust so left it for the winning bidder TIRES & Brakes: The tires are like new, worn all even. brakes and ebrake work as they should but brake light is on. Like I said it stops fine, but light is on. All in ALL this is a fix and restore car, it is 25 yrs old, can easily be driven around while the little items are fixed. I have realized this edition car had only 1500 produced, another reason we cant LS1 this car. TERMS:: PLEASE READ::: The car is sold as is.
