1968 PONTIAC FIREBIRDFRAME OFF RESTORED! Car is relisted due a bidder that did not have his funds in order prior to bidding, please be sure you can pay before bidding or making an offer.You are viewing a 68 Pontiac Firebird frame off meticulously restored with the best of everything. Every nut & bolt replaced. Originally a 400, 4 speed car. The car has had so much done to it, it is impossible to list everything, I will tough on the bigger points below. I have well over 50K invested & have a notebook filled with receipts, as well as hundreds of pictures. The pics don't do this car justice, it is absolutely beautiful! BODY: All sheet metal replaced, new Goodmark full quarters, full floor pan, trunk pan, trunk lid, wheel houses, tail panel, door shells, fenders, hood, splash pan. Bodywork expertly done and refinished in Seal Gray base clear. Car is laser straight. Every piece of chome and stainless replaced. New vinyl top. All new lights, and 6 piece window glass set. All new emblems. New Weatherstripping.INTERIOR: Deluxe interior. Every single bit of it is new and pristine, including headliner, carpet, dash, guages (also have originals), Flaming River tilt column (orig. incl.), seat foam and covers, door panels etc.....DRIVELINE: 1966 GTO 389 with a 1965 Tri-power setup, all rebuilt to factory specs (little bigger cam) Engine #'s available. Pontiac long branch exhaust manifolds, pypes dual exhaust with X pipe, Muncie Rockcrusher 4 Speed rebuilt, New Hurst Super Comp Shifter, rebuilt 12 Bolt Posi rear with 373 gears, All accessories redone. Power steering new with fast ratio steering. SUSPENSION & CHASSIS: Sub frame removed and refinished, PST Polygraphite super suspension kit installed. Corvette 4 wheel disc brakes from Classic Industries, All new SS fuel & brake lines, KYB shocks, big sway bars. Every piece of front & rear suspension & steering components new. Refinished 15" Pontiac Rallye wheels with Falken tires.This car is rediculously restored and if I didn't mention it above, assume its new. The date on pics is wrong, pics were taken this month. The car is very powerful and has to be one of the nicest 68 Firebirds available. Please ask any questions BEFORE bidding. If you want to see the car just ask.
