I acquired this Nissan Sentra last summer and am only selling to make more room in my driveway. I've driven it a total of 18 miles since I've had it - at least a few miles a month. First of all, here are the great things about this car:This car starts, runs, and drives just fine. The transmission features an overdrive gear and shifts fine through the gears.There are no engine lights on and everything is in working condition.This car was always used by non-smokers and the interior is in good shape. This was the "limited edition" version and has power windows, mirrors and locks, cruise control, cloth seats, folding rear view mirrors, etc... The brakes are in decent shape and do their job in stopping. It gets very good gas milage, between 25 and 34 MPG.Body and frame are solid and handles decently.And here's the bad things about this car:It has a crack in the windshield. It is intact, and it isn't spreading, but you might want to replace it.It has damage to hood and front fender on the passenger side. The front headlight works, but the turn signal needs to be replaced. Also, the reservoir for the windshield washer fluid was damaged and will need some attention.There is a dent in the trunk lid and rear fender on the driver's side. The rear taillight has some tape and water sometimes gets in the trunk.The paint for this "limited edition" Sentra had a flawed paint job - most flat surfaces look burnt and blistered. It's not pretty, but there's not bare metal and no surface rust.The stereo is missing the volume knob.The antenna is bent.The worst rust spots are on the driver's side rear wheel and the bottom of the front door where it meets the front fender.There is a minor oil leak, and was told it may need a new rear oil seal.I was told the transmission needed fluid occasionally, but I haven't noticed a leak. The front tires are in good shape, but the rear tires might need to be replaced soon.Air conditioning doesn't work - I was told that it just needed recharging, but never needed the A/C.
