This is a very solid 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle with 87991 original miles on the body with factory AC. The motor is a good running 350 (has a reman short block) the heads redone and installed an Edelbrock aluminum manifold and large Holly carb. He bought the car for his wife back in 1993 and stored it in his garage where he occasionally worked on it but finally a few months back traded it in on a done muscle car. The frame and trunk pan are very nice (surface rust from the cement floor and a small hole under the rear seat and on the drivers side front floor where the toe board meets the floor pan.in the floor) with a bench seat interior and a 350 turbo trani. We have the car running and moving around but the brakes are very low from sitting but do pump up. Hood, doors, rockers, floor braces are also very nice, front fenders at the bottoms have repairs and so does the quarters over the wheel wells and at the time a new gas tank. We have all the parts he removed from the car to work on it and it also comes with a pair of 70 SS rechromed bumpers. This is a solid start for someone who wants to build an 1970 Chevelle SS clone. We have in inventory at least 3 70-72 round gauge SS dashes, many consoles, at least 18 sets of correct buckets, cowl hoods, 12 bolt rears, 25 to 30 4 speeds and many more parts to clone this. The 70 is the most desired Chevelle on the market and we have been building 60's and 70's cars for over 38 years and still enjoy it. We are currently building a 72 Chevelle SS convertible, will be starting a 66 and a 67 Chevelle SS hardtops and then this 70. Again have a nice day. If it continues to climb I will give both (ss dash and buckets) to the buyer and depending on how high it goes a console and possibly a 4 speed. I try to be fair with my prices and auctions and if I make a little more money I can give the buyer more out of our hugh inventory of parts to make the deal better.
