This was a very nice car before my daughter had an altercation with a concrete bridge abutment at 50mph last year. It still has many good parts for the restorer, or it could possibly be fixed on a chassis rack. The engine still runs great, and it only has 80k on it. Recently, it had the timing belt, water pump, and hydraulic adjuster replaced. It also has a complete new clutch kit and slave cylinder with less than 3000 miles on them. The transmission is in excellent condition, but the radiator, AC condenser, and right axle shaft are wasted. As you can see in the “Before” pictures, I had 4 very nice VR4 wheels stripped and re-chromed and installed on the car. That alone cost $1750.Two of them on the drivers side are still in great condition. All 4 of the original wheels are included in the sale. The hood, and front fascia are in good shape, and it has the rare, highly sought after glass-covered VR4 headlamps which are in excellent condition. Everything worked on the car before its altercation, including the airbags which saved her and my grand daughter from injury! The car spent 95% of its life in Texas, so it is completely rust free. I have all receipts for the car dating back to 2005 when we bought it. If you are restoring one of these, it would be an excellent donor car.
