Up for auction is a 1969 Mustang Fastback born in Dearborn Michigan in1969 sold by Corberly Ford in on Sept. 20 1969 in Los Angeles; I purchased this car from the original owner. I have the original contract (security agreement) & plastic Ford warranty card. It has the original 351 Windsor motor with a FMX gear box. The heads were rebuilt with new valves & guides & hardened seats. The lower end was rebuilt with 10/10 brgs. For more reliability I installed an Edelbrock manifold & 600 CFM carb. All of the engine accessories are either new or rebuild. All of the engine bay wiring has been replaced along with the horn, head & signal light wiring. Alll of the insturments have been removed & tested plus the speedo was rebuilt. New borgenson steering was installed with new 2 1/4 exhaust & new American racing wheels with new Remington tires on all four corners. All of the brakes have been completely redone with a new power brake unit, new lines installed. The upholstery has been completely refurbished. Yours truly performed the mechanical & body work using a two part Polyprimer. Two stage base/ top coat was applyed using Sherwin Williams Ultra 7000 Indigo blue on the bottom of the car & Pouter on the top. All of the chrome has been replaced & SS polished. A new windshield was installed. Now with the economy coming back from the grave this is the time to purchase a piece of AMERICAN history.
