1975 Honda CR

Available for eBay auction is this 1975 Honda CR125M Elsinore, in very original condition, and not having seen much use (abuse) over the years. The motorcycle has been on display in a private collection and purposely not restored, preserving it's originality and patina which has naturally developed over the years. These bikes are becoming more and more difficult to find in this condition. The only "non" original items are the grips, and it appears the fenders and handlebars may have been resprayed at some time in it's life. The inside of the tank is clean, the seat feels very nice, the front fender mudflap looks good, as does the hardware and miscellaneous fasteners. Apologies include tires that are dry and cracked from time (they appear to be the originals), slight pitting on fork tubes, no air filter, missing front number plate and cracked side panels. There is some rust, and there are some scrapes and bruises here and there, but all said, with the pictures telling the story, this is a very nice example of an early CR125M. The bike starts, idles, and runs well. It sounds crisp and clean. The chassis feels tight and straight with all controls working as they should.
