1956 Ford F-100 small back window pickup. This truck has a Ford 302 engine (numbers say it is from a 69 Mustang) coupled with the C-6 transmission. The engine runs very well and the transmission appears to shift through all the gears just fine. The transmission front seal has been replaced but the shifting lever shaft does leak and needs to be fixed. The rear end is a Ford 9inch and also seems to work just fine. The front drum brakes have been replaced with disc brakes and a power brake assembly installed in place of the old Master Cylinder and they do work well. New rear drums and brakes shoes are installed as well as all new brake lines front and rear. The truck does have the typical rust issues for this truck and does have areas of bondo. I have done some work on the truck over the last several years but age and back problems have told me it is time to let someone else finish it. I do have a clear Texas title for this truck and it is in my name. Truck is not road ready and would have to be moved on a trailer at buyers expense. Speedometer reads 41267. I do not know actual mileage.
