1964 Chevrolet Impala paint and interior was restored 12 years ago and has been garaged since. The driveline was replaced 3,500 miles ago with a balanced 383 stroker; 10.5:1 forged pistons; Dart SR torker heads with 2.02 fuely valves with a 64cc combustion chamber; Edelbrock heat riser manifold with 1406 700cfm four barrel carb. Hedman Ceramic coated headers; MSD high energy ignition; Pete Jackson gear drive timing; Totally rebuilt corvette TH700R4 overdrive transmission; 8.8 posi real axle with 373 gear ratio narrowed 2 in. for extra rubber or deep dish wheels. The steering has been upgraded with a chromed power Saginaw gear box (8 turns lock to lock) ;brakes upgraded with 2in dropped spindles in the front with 12in drilled and slotted racing rotors and 10in rotors in the rear powered with chrome hydomatic booster.
