2002 Volkswagon Passat - GLS Sedan 4D Blue Silver 4-Cylinder, Turbo 1.8 Liter Manual, 5-speed Mileage: 87,000 Same owner and is in very good overall condition, extremely well maintained (no accidents) and has been garaged in Boston. There are few minor exterior scratches on the rear bumper and drivers side rear. We just had the car brought in for a very thorough overall assessment (oil change and detailing as well) for a sale to family friend that did not go through. The engine mounts and coolant tank were replaced and all the other majors (brakes, tires, timing belt) are in good shape. We spent about $1000 for this final checkup. Prior to that I had a CV boot replaced that was ripped about 6 months ago. It's had all the standard oil changes and routine maintenance check ups over the years. This VW has been a fantastic car for me over the past 10 years, not one problem while I have owned it. I am selling the car because we have a baby and needed a bigger car.
