I bought this car from an Insurance company,It had been in an accident but had been repaired before I bought it. I sold itto a buddy of mine who enjoyed it for a few months but just couldn’t justifyhaving a 2 seater with a wife and two kids. I sold it for him to a lady wholives across the street from me, I explained to her that it had been in anaccident but had been repaired, I took it to the local BMW dealer to get a 140point inspection. I was given two lists, one of things itneeded and another of things to be done to bring the car to BMW standards.After going over all of it she decided to buy the car, she then took it to theBMW dealer and had them do everything on the list. I have the receipts from theparts and work she had done, it totals $5,871.92 Approximately a year later, a 16y/o hit her ina parking lot (dented the drivers fender), she came to me so upset about it andsaid that she wanted to sell the car. I told her I could get it fixed, theinsurance company gave her a check for $670 for the repairs but she was just toupset about it. So, I ended up buying the car back from her. I went and boughta fender from BMW, had it painted and installed. I decided to give the car tomy mother but at 80 years of age it’s just too hard for her to get in and outof. I’ve been driving it everyday for the last 10months and have had absolutely zero issues, my wife and I drove it to San Diegothis summer and would get in it and drive anywhere in the country withouthesitation. Theonly thing the car needs that I know of is the trunks struts ($50). The car has a “restored” title, you are ableto register and carry full coverage insurance. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes, as well as title/registration fees that are applicable in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. I can assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received and all documentation must be completed before the vehicle is released to the shipping company.

Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. I welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection.
