1999 Jetta TDI. I had been using this Jetta to commute back and forth to work (80mi one way) from May of 2007 till January of 2011, It has been parked ever since. The car has had an electrical issue regarding the glow plugs and circuit board. We have had the plugs and controller replaced, however there is still an issue that makes starting the car extremely difficult. Once the car is started, it runs beautifully, getting about 48MPG when we parked it. We are tired of working on it and have since replaced it with a new car. Our loss will be someone's gain if they know what it needs.
