This is a very rare R8 Gordini. It is the early 1134 model with the 1108 hemi head engine, dual rear shocks, brake booster, tach. It started out as a dry southern California car before being dissasembled an completely restored. Approximately 10 miles since restoration. Every part of the car was rebuilt. The only thing I have not been able to locate is a rear floor rubber mat. If you attended the import meet in Carlisle, Pa. you may have seen it in the display building. I have been collecting Renaults for 30 years and this is the only restored 1134 Gordini I have ever seen for sale in the U,S, I have included some photos of the restoration. All chrome has been redone, body was done in base coat clear coat, then color sanded and buffed. I added a period correct Moto Lito steering wheel , Pedronti wheels, new webber carbs, electric fuel pump, an oil cooler from a later R17 for better cooling, and Pertronics electronic ignition.
