Our tow guy June Bug gave us a hot tip on this Goat. He had been hauling out a bunch of cars and sent us over there with a huge wad of cash. When we arrived 3 grouchy persian brothers were speaking their native tongue and scowling at us. They were taking long draws off of a hookah and looked exceedingly grouchy. Somehow this GTO was cherished family possession. They sent the younger brother over to negotiate and it didn't get any more friendly. I deal was struck and they left us to push it out onto the street by ourselves. We have a friend who is an avid GTO collector and he rushed over to see our latest. Somehow he started getting all sweaty palms and fidgety. Somehow things weren't adding up, or maybe they were! He was baffled by some of the codes and gauges and everything was getting him more and more excited. He even offered to run the PHS docs for us knowing that we are cheap as all get out. The docs were returned and his intuition was correct. It was indeed a 3x2 barrel 4spd GOAT with some amazing options. The paint is a rare Marina Turquoise. It has a capped off exhaust system that enables the driver to run open headers. The list of cool options goes on and on. I have attached some of the docs for you and I hope it's informative. The GTO had come from a guy who had many in his collection. The engine is not correct but it runs and sounds mean. It's actually an automatic block and single carb set up. This is a big project. You will get to know this car inside and out before you hit the road. It's as is condition with no warranty or refunds, so real folks step up.
