Up for auction is a super clean ALL ORIGINAL 1968 4 door V-8 Nova with working air conditioning. And by original I mean original paint that still shines, matching number engine and drivetrain,interior that shows almost no wear and this car has never had any rust ever. The car was purchased new by an elderly woman in 68 and driven sparingly until she died sometime in the 1980s and the car was kept up by her family but rarely driven and always garaged. In fact if you look through the pictures theres an inspection invoice go the mid 1990s showing 500 less miles than the ca has now.The engine is a 307 that you can barely hear run and idles perfectly and a powerglide transmission that shifts perfectly. The air cond., as you can see, is aftermarket installed in the early 70s and is ice cold. The car is radio delete and its only other option is heat. The interior and exterior trim are in very nice condition, the tires are brand new Goodyears as the bias ply tires were dry rotted when I purchased the car,and the battery is a new Delco. This car runs and drives beautifully and if you wanted to drive this car several hundred or thousand miles home I would not hesitate.I have owned this car for several years and have gotten more enjoyment out of it than other high horsepower performance cars that I own. I am an avid enthusiast and this is one of the tightest cleanest vehicles i have ever owned. If this were a 2 door coupe I would estimate its value to be double my reserve on this car.
