It's a custom bubble top conversion built to haul passengers and wheelchairs. These vans are very difficult to find, and this one is in cleaner shape than they usually come in. It has good tires, runs and drives excellent, interior is very presentable, and the lift works just fine. It will haul 8 passengers and 2 chairs as set up, but can probably be made to haul up to 6 chairs with proper arrangement. This is a great affordable people mover with a long haul yet to go and the price is right. exterior The paint and body on this van are in great shape for the age. It hasn't seen road salt, so no body rust. The paint has very good gloss, no hail damage, no dents, and no bad scratches at all. It really doesn't show the age or the mileage. The wheel covers have a few marks, tires have good tread all the way around. The paint on the bumpers has been touched up and came out real nice. The windshield is new. The bubble top has been repainted, it was faded out like so many of these you see, so we had it sanded down and re-sprayed. The van has only a few small nicks, and a light scratch on the passenger door. It really does show well, just like the photos. Have a look! interior The interior is very presentable for the age and mileage. It did have some worn upholstery inside, so we replaced several vinyl panels, came out clean. The rear bench seat has a bow to the top from people leaning on it while going to the back, it was a common issue on these Fords. (It can be fixed by pulling the cover off and tack welding the frame back together with a blow torch and hanger if you have someone so inclined.) It's simple inside, but what's there works. It does have tilt and cruise. The flooring in back is heavy duty plastic, good for moving chairs around on and putting up with the traffic. The lift out back works fine, just as it should, and it came in that way. mechanical This van runs out nicely. We put about 150 miles on it since purchase running it and other people around and there's no complaints. It fires up easy, idles smooth, no check engine light illuminated. It drives nicely too, shifts easy, tracks fine, all pretty civilized for what it is. The van is an older vehicle, it seeps a little underneath, not leaving any puddles, but it's dirty. The fluids have been checked and all look good, oil and filter are new, and brake pad life is fine. The van has obviously been well kept and with the mileage it should be fine for a long while to come yet. comments This is a neat van and a rare find. We guarantee clean title.
