You are bidding on a used 2006 Suzuki GSX-R 600, single owner sport bike. I bought the motorcycle brand new, from a dealer, in February of 2006. The bike has 1992 miles on it, and has such low mileage due to a lack of time to ride it. The bike is in excellent condition. It was never laid down or dropped and has been stored inside, undercover each winter. There are however a few minor scratches on the bike and the left side fairing has a deep scratch mark. This is a result of the bike being hit with a car door, but it is not cracked or in danger of cracking. Also, the lower half of the crankcase has some scratches on it from where I had to cut a turn sharply (rubbed the top of a stump) or risk being hit by a car. Finally, during the summer the Fault Indicator Light (FI) came on, I had it checked out and the dealer indicated it was a faulty exhaust flap, since it was not vital to the bike nor did it pose a mechanical risk I did not have the dealership replace it. I later discovered that it is a known issue with the 2006 GSX-R's and this can be verified via any dealer or via Suzuki online. I continued to ride the bike all summer and never had a problem with it, it is however a little annoying to have red light come on and stay on but after awhile I did not notice it! I love this bike and would not be selling it expect that I have a baby on the way and my wife does not want me to ride anymore…happy wife equals happy life! The bike also comes with a brand-new motorcycle cover and if you have a big head like mine then you can have my helmet as well! Finally, a $500.00 deposit is due via Pay Pal with-in 24 hours of the auction ending and the remaining balance is to be paid with-in 10 days! If you choose to pay me in person when picking up the bike then I will only accept cash or cashiers check, no hopes or dreams! The buyer is responsible for arraigning and paying for shipping or the buyer can arrange to pick up the bike in person!
