1982 Jeep Cherokee Project AMC 360 Just rebuilt ~ 1 yr ago, 0 miles by D&S Clawson,MI Have receipt 727 trans (3 speed) 208 transfer case (mechanical linkage, NOT Vacuum) AMC 20 rear end Needs body work (both rocker panels, passenger side quarter, floorboards and a few small other areas). Have complete replacement panels for floor boards which cover entire passenger cabin - transmission pan. Panels available online for rockers and quarter panels. The windshield will need to also be replaced (all other glass in good shape). Headlights and turn signals will be needed to complete the razor grille conversion, rears complete and in good shape Needs mechanical installation of the motor and associated components Motor has new Edelbrock Carb 650cfm and intake (non EGR), new distributor, Headers, exhaust, air cleaner, motor & transmission mounts, alternator, water pump, bored .060 over, 1971 heads (unleaded fuel conversion), torque cam, designed to run on mid grade pump gas, flywheel and harmonic balancer balanced, new motor mounts, transmission mounts and torque arm and associated bushings plus more parts for the motor/drivetrain the transmission seems to be rebuilt by a previous owner transmission ran well before teardown interior mostly complete, missing an armrest or two. frame has some surface rust but no major damage or rust have around 5k into it mostly in motor Clean title in hand some pictures from when purchased ~2 years ago, some are from along the project Vehicle will need to be towed NO RESERVE The bolt holes for the torque converter/flywheel are out of alignment. The torque converter bolt pads and the flywheels balancing weight are preventing each other from spinning independently. So the motor will need to be pulled out or the transmission/torque converter will need to be pushed back to properly align the mounting holes. Once the mounting holes are are aligned, the accessories and components will need to be installed (carb, vacuum lines, exhaust, ect).
