68 Charger. The unusual: Slant 6, 3 speed maual on column. ( i believe 1 of 6 known to exist). Very rare combination. This car came from the factory with NO options! Manual drum brakes, manual steering, non a/c, bench seat (non buddy seat), no right side mirror, radio delete, 14" steel wheels with dog dish hub caps. The Bad: Needs drivers floor patch panel and trunk floor panel. Needs hump panel due to someone cutting hole for floor shift. No engine or transmission. Needs gas tank. Has 2 inch rust hole under rear window and right 1/4 has rust along lower edge (very repairable, see photo). This car has never had any body work done. Previous owner sanded paint off and lparked it outside, so the body has a layer of slight surface rust which is easily sanded back down to metal. Body is extremely straight but each corner has a small dent that needs minor work. Missing bumpers, taillights. Someone modified k member for v8. Needs 6 cylinder k member. Missing hood. The Good: Lots of good! Straight body. Retsored heater core and vent box. Almost all exterior trim is there. 4 15" steel wheels (although it came with 14" steel wheels). Like I said, very straight and almost rust free body. Originally white with red interior. PERFECT complete grill with vacuum canisters. Perfect rear deck lid. Picture this car restored white with red interior and red slant 6 engine. Would definitely stand out from the crowd at any Mopar show. The production numbers alone with its lack of any options makes this probably the least expensive 68 Charger to ever be built! This car should be restored back to factory stock. Has clear title.
