The perfect Christmas present. For the man who has everything and definitely doesn't want this, or the redneck who has nothing and always wanted that. What you are looking at is shelved parts that I have had. And, no, I did not time this for Christmas. It actually just worked out that way. I had just finished a cafe project and was very bored after that. Don't get me wrong. I like cafe bikes. They're okay, but I needed to do something that was fun, so I had a 1978 Honda CB750 Super Sport motor with fairly low miles (a little over 18,000). It's a super tight motor. Very nice. And I had a 1974 Yamaha DT250 rolling frame, which was straight with no cracks or bends. So, here we go. That's enough to get into trouble with. What you are looking at is a finished product that is completely in your face, redneck heaven, something that motorheads dream about. This DEFINITELY never should have happened, but it did. You talk about a head-turner. This will spin it around 180. As I said, the root of the build is a CB750 motor in a Yamaha DT250 frame. Frame has been reinforced. Everything is working as it should. Rear shocks are off of a, if I remember correct, Honda Magna 750. They are working very well. Front override springs are a progressive 80/14 and are working well with the extra weight of the motor. Knobbys front and back are good take-off Cheng Shin. Fenders, gas tank, and number plates are NOS, still as new. Throttle grips, LED lights, battery, air pods, coil wires -- all new. Coils are from a 1989 ZX600 Ninja, working very well. Bike is running LED lights in the front with a working trail brake light in the rear. These are NOT DOT approved, so if you want to fake it on the street, that's your business. Pretty much, what you're looking at are some new parts, some NOS parts, and some OEM parts. I know this is probably too much for the average reader but, come on, what do you want? Two or three lines of description? You'd only email me asking why I didn't describe more about the bike. I mean, look at it!! Are you going to get on the internet and find another one like it?? NOT!!! This is it. If you're name is Billy Joe Bob Skeeter and you live in the Carolinas, I think Monday morning you're going to be at the blood line giving your vital fluids so you can beg, borrow, or steal as much money as you need to own this beast of a dirt bike. AS I SAID, THIS IS A COLLECTION OF PARTS, SOME NEW, SOME USED. THE ONLY ISSUE I WOULD MENTION, AS I INCLUDED IN ONE OF THE PICS. I DID HAVE TO STOOP TO THE SINNER'S LEVEL AND USE RTV SILICONE SEALANT ON THE INTAKE BOOTS. THEY ARE OLD ORIGINAL BOOTS AND ARE VERY HARD. AS YOU WILL NOTICE IN THE VIDEO, THERE IS A LITTLE POPPING ON DECELERATION. THIS IS ALL THE FAULT OF NON-PLIABLE INTAKE BOOTS. I ORDERED A SET ON EBAY. COST WAS SOMEWHERE WITH SHIPPING IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF $115.00 BUT, AS I WENT TO INSTALL THEM, THE I.D. SIZE WAS WRONG. I SHOULD HAVE EMAILED A QUESTION ABOUT THAT, BUT I WAS GOING BY THE VISUAL THAT THE BOOTS WERE A MATCH. I WILL INCLUDE THEM IN THE SALE. IF YOU WANT TO RESELL OR TRADE, THAT IS UP TO YOU. I WILL TELL YOU THIS. YOU CAN ASK FIVE DIFFERENT VENDORS THAT ARE SELLING HONDA PARTS THE SAME QUESTION, AND YOU WILL GET FIVE DIFFERENT ANSWERS. DISCLAIMER!! DISCLAIMER!! DISCLAIMER!! NO TITLE. THIS IS A FABRICATED DIRT BIKE. IT'S HORSEPOWER IS WELL AND ABOVE BEYOND WHAT THE MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDED AT THE TIME OF PRODUCTION FOR THE INDIVIDUAL PARTS MENTIONED. BUYER WILL USE THIS VEHICLE AT THEIR OWN DISCRETION. MEANING: SHOW A LITTLE COMMON SENSE, AND HAVE FUN.
