This truck has higher miles but has had all of the major mechanical items replaced or rebuilt in the last few years. Nearly everything has been replaced or rebuilt at some point. I just decided to update the truck to a dually after putting quite a bit of work and money in it recently. It has only had the plow on it for 3 winters and was used for my personal lot and plowing for a friend. It has'nt plowed hours on end like some trucks. It starts runs drives shifts great. -Brand new Hankook tires have only 5 miles on them, I have an invoice from 2 weeks ago for $1400. -New front ball joints replaced with greasable joints 10,000 miles ago -Front axle U-joints, all seals, and the main wheel bearings done at same time -Front and rear brake pads have been replaced 3500 miles ago -4 years ago the transmission was rebuilt with all suncoast parts, added clutch disks for firm shifts, and a suncoast torque convertor, also replaced the input shaft with a billet shaft -The transfer case was replaced with a brand new reman from Ford 2 years ago -I pulled the injectors 1 year ago and replaced all of the o rings which normally will go bad and start to allow oil into the cylinder -The starter is brand new along with the flywheel as the old starter unfortunately ruined the flywheel. While the tranny was dropped for this I replaced a few seals, replaced the tranny filter and changed the oil -Also replaced the alternator and batteries a few months back -All glow plugs were replaced 5 years ago and still all work it will start in the coldest weather -Truck has air bags on both front and rear axles. Nice for keeping the front lifted and firm when plowing. -The plow is a 9'2" Boss v plow. It works great and all functions work fine. -The service body is in great shape for the year. It has some surface rust in a few boxes and a few dents and scratches in places. It has plenty of storage and flip up lids on top great for small bolts nuts parts ect.. -Interior is typical of a work truck with some stains and tears -Four wheel drive works great with electronic shift on the dash. -Also has a brake controller I want no surprises and try to represent the truck for what it is.
