There was no suspension/frame damage and no airbags were deployed either.For Buyer’s information: There can be different reasons for a car to have Salvage title. A salvage title may be issued to a vehicle with easily repairable problems or no damage to a car. Also, if a stolen car is not recovered within 30 days, the insurance company pays the owner and on recovery of the car it is sent to auctions with salvage title. No representations or warranties are being made by the seller. Payment Information: Who wins the bid must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction by phone (214)404 7575 (Zia) or by email through eBay or ztautosales@gmail.com to set up payment arrangements. There is $500 non-refundable charge which must be paid within 24 hours of winning the auction. This deposit can be made through PayPal or wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within next 5 days of making the deposit. Remaining balance can be paid in form of certified bank check, bank loan check or cash in person. The title will be released only upon receipt and clearing of funds which may take 1-10 days depending upon the mode of payment. If the Payment is not made within 7 business Days, there will be $25 charge per day after that until it is paid in full. Vehicle Transportation: Buyer will be responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. We will gladly assist in arranging for shipping on request. All expenses in relation will be buyer’s responsibility. Once the shipment has been done from the seller, any damage arising hereafter will not be seller’s responsibility. It is advised to check shipping company’s insurance policies to have it covered on any damage. Storage & Late Fee Terms After the receipt of payment in full, we can store the vehicle for you free of charge for up to 10 calendar days and a charge of $15 per day after that. Liquidated Damages: In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidate damages from that bidder in the amount of twenty five hundred dollars. Sales Tax & Other Fees: All Buyers in the State of Texas will be required to pay all the Taxes and fees in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Registration and Transfer in State of Texas will be done by us. Temporary Tag (45 days) will be provided after the sale is completed. For any out of state buyers, we'll provide all the necessary paperwork in order to get the registration done such as work order, inspection or any affidavit. There will be a $200 mandatory charge attached to all sales to cover the costs of a safety inspection, notary fees, administrative fees and a light detail.
