Second owner - purchased the car in July 2007 with 17K miles. Sport and Premium Packages. Garage kept (home and work), smoke-free, all service records, transferable extended warranty (purchased from BMW) for use by any certified service station - good until January 14, 2014 or 100,000 miles, BMW iPod adapter in glove compartment installed at dealership. Leather, heated seats, automatic transmission with sport-shift capability, automatic climate control, power moonroof, power seats, wood trim, xenon headlamps, LED tail lamps, rubber and carpeted floor mats. New tires put on in 2010 but I lost that receipt. I have both keys and original paperwork (sticker, manuals, etc). Very well maintained. All service performed using BMW recommended fluids and parts and by a reputable BMW mechanic. No hassle warranty covers the majority of the car less normal wear and tear items. I've used it twice - O2 Sensor and Alternator - very easy and my mechanic direct billed the provider in both instances. Only out of pocket was a $100 deductible for each service. Saved me $900 for those two services. Also covers roadside assistance and rental car. Transfer requires all an application documenting the new owner and the service records (which I have). Love the car but I got a great deal on a sedan and a 2 door just isn't practical for me any longer.
