1964 Dodge Polara 318 Wide Block. Vehicle is not running at this time. Has surface rust except for fenders behind the front wheels, which has small hole on each side. This was a common problem on these cars and easy to repair. Most chrome is excellent shape, a couple of pieces have dents in them. Interior is good, top of dash is cracked, front seat has some wear areas. Car is a push button automatic. Dash is apart, but comes with all pieces. Was going to replace the wiring harness, but don't have the time or money for this car. Gas tank is out of car, was going to replace that too. I have a brand new gas tank, Gas lines and strap (not included in this auction) which can be purchased separately if you chose. Rear end needs to be freed up. Car ran good when garaged, didn't smoke or burn oil. Contact me with any questions you have before bidding. Winner is to pay $500 non-refundable deposit within 48hrs of end of auction via paypal. Balance due within 7 days of end of auction. Cash will be accepted upon pickup of car, if paying balance via certified check then I will have to wait for the check to clear before releasing vehicle. Winner is to make arrangements for pickup of vehicle. I can keep car stored through the winter if necessary. The black spot you see on the hood is where my son started to polish the car, he didn't realize he was using black car polish.On Dec-06-11 at 10:42:14 PST, seller added the following information: Here are some answers to questions I have received. No holes in fender wells or cowl. No holes or heavy rust in floor pans or chassis. Original undercoating is still on car, some light surface rust where there is no undercoating. Dual Exhaust all the way to rear, no holes visible. Rear end is back in car, passenger side is freed up. Will need nuts for emergency brake cable. Will need brake line from rear end to rear distribution block on chassis. Will need U joint caps. Tires are what came on the car when I bought it, will need replacing. All glass is good, there is a small stone chip on the passenger side windshield. There is a small hole on the passenger quarter going into the trunk. Contact me with any questions before bidding. Gas tank is not in car, it had a hole in it and was scrapped. I do have a brand new Stainless gas tank, Stainless gas line, and Stainless Strap which is not included in the auction but is for sale if winner would like to buy it. Original strap and filler neck are in the car and will be included with the car. Still has original postcards inside. Original 1964 Dodge Service Manual with the Vin number typed from the factory on the cover. Last entry was 11/13/68 with 14926 miles.
