The exterior of this vehicle is in excellent condition! The body of the vehicle is clean! There are no scratches and the vehicle shows no sign of dings or dents in any of the panels! The undercarriage is RUST FREE! This Town and Country comes with roof rails which are ready for a roof rack, premium alloy wheels, automatic sliding doors, both passenger and driver, and automatic trunk door! This vehicle is in excellent condition as you will be able to see in the pictures!
This particular Chrysler comes with the optional 3.8L V6 engine! The engine runs like a champ and sounds great! The transmission is automatic and shifts smoothly and precisely from gear to gear! This vehicle is 100% mechanically sound! This vehicle is also currently inspected with a valid PA inspection until April of 2012!

The interior looks amazing! There are tons of options that come standard with this particular Chrysler! This van comes with the stow-n-go seating, meaning all of the rear seats can be folded and stowed away into the floor of the vehicle allowing for quick and easy storage space!
The Town and Country comes with tons of power features! Power; steering, windows, door locks, sliding doors, lifting rear trunk door, brakes, and mirrors! The passenger sliding doors can be opened by a touch of a button from the inside or by the keyless entry pad! Also equipped with this vehicle is a DVD player! The screen is located above, which is attached to a sliding rail, on the roof! The screen is a drop down and DVD player is located in the front! (see pictures below). The DVD player can also be used to hook up an xbox, playstation, etc.
The upholstery is in excellent condition as well! The seats are tear free with no stains or signs of wear and tear! The dash is crack free as well and also shows no signs of wear and tear! The carpet in the Town and Country is in amazing condition; it looks like new!

This vehicle is being sold AS-IS with all the information about it provided in the auction! It is the responsibility of the buyer to read over the entire auction and ask any questions about the vehicle prior to bidding. All sales are final. General upkeep such as Oil Changes, Alignment, Fluid Changes, Tire Rotations, Brake Replacement and all other General Maintence is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction.
This deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE if the purchaser backs out of the deal! Your deposit will be forfeit if you waste the time of the seller by not going through with the deal for personal reasons!
The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
You are bidding on a USED car and must understand that there will be normal wear and tear on the vehicle. Such things as loose knobs and panels are likely. I will do my personal best to show you every fault I find with the car but some things might go unseen to me.
I do NOT accept returns on any vehicles! You must read the entire auction and call with any and all questions. I also suggest you come and see the vehicle prior to bidding (if you are in the area). I do my best to post everything I know about the vehicles I sell. If there is something unclear, please ASK rather than assume! I will always do my best to clear everything up prior to a sale!
Also, when purchasing a used car please note we do NOT change or replace, unless noted in the auction, such issues as engine oil & other fluid changes, tune ups, tire rotations, belt changing, wheel alignments, brakes and rotors, wiper blades, motor mounts, unless totally worn, and any other normal wear & tear issues. We also do NOT guarantee these vehicles will pass inspection unless the general maintenance is completed. What we DO guarantee is that our vehicles will be as accurately described as possible.
Fee and Tax Information: A $250.00 processing fee will be added to the final price. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Temporary Tags. This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station. PA residents are responsible for all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase.
A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end.
A $5.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. Please contact me if you need more than a weeks time to pick up your vehicle prior to bidding!
Due to the fact that Paypal charges a roughly 3% surcharge for every transaction, I will ask that you do NOT pay me the balance of the vehicle with Paypal. If you want to pay anything over the $500.00 deposit then you will need to pay with either Cash, Cretified Bank Check, or a Wire Transfer.
