Up for auction is a 1989 Ford F350 dump truck with an automatic transmission and the 460 V8. It has 4 wheel drive with manual locking hubs, the 4X4 works fine, and a fuel injected 460 V8 that pulls like a tractor. The motor runs good, has 126,000 on it, it has slight exhaust leak on the Cat, nothing major, burns a little oil, again nothing major, but runs strong, has an automatic tranny, when it shifts from 2nd to 3rd, you have to let up on the gas to shift and it shifts fine, has been like that for the 8 years I've owned it,was told it could be a sticky valve body, never bothered with it as I got used to it, other than that shifts fine, brakes are good, did a tune up and all fluids and filters changed abt. 500 miles ago. The cab has surface rust on the hood, but there is no rot on the cab, it's solid for the year, the bed has the usual holes n the front of bed, could use a patch, hauling debris or firewood it's Ok, dirt or gravel may leak out a little, but the framework, tailgate etc. are solid. The plow is an 8-6" Meyers in really nice shape, has a new lift motor and hydra turn cylinders over the summer, works flawlessly, the plow alone is worth $2000. It was just NYS inspected abt. a month ago, so it's ready to go, I've taken it off the road as I'm downsizing. It would make a nice farm, estate, firewood delivery truck and plow in the winter, she's ready to work. Good luck bidding
