History: This car was purchased new from Reames Ford in Manchester, Georgia by Miss Bertha Ann Zachary of Pine Mountain Georgia in 1965. She traded in a 1958 Olds at the time of purchase. While she enjoyed this car and drove it she had other cars that she drove more regularly. After many years Miss Zachary gave or sold the car to her sister Mrs. Henry A Mullins in 1977. The car was driven sparingly by Mrs. Mullins and her husband until a fuel delivery problem caused the car to be parked in covered storage in the early 80s. After the passing of Mr. Mullins the car was sold to a local resident of Pine Mountain, Georgia. Thousands of dollars have been spent to bring this car to road ready condition and it now available for the next enthusiast to enjoy. This car starts immediately, shifts smoothly and is rattle and noise free going down the road. This is an excellent driving car. Here is the rare opportunity to purchase a real Georgia car with a current mileage of 69, 516 miles. All paperwork including the original bill of sale and the transfer paperwork to Mrs. Mullins come with the car. The original radiator tags and owner's manual come with the car. Condition: Interior: This car is in great driver condition. The headliner is clean and rip free. The interior windows all work correctly and are scratch free. The seats are in great condition and the dash is crack free and there is no fading of color. All dash lights work nicely. The radio knobs work and the radio lights up but does not produce sound. The tilt away wheel works nicely. The only blemish to the interior is the drivers door armrest has a split and the foam is evident. The windshield has a few scratches from the windshield wipers. I do not know if these scratches could be polished out. Exterior: Great straight body with no evident dings or rust. We believe that this car has never been in a wreck or had any body work but can not guarantee this to be the case. The Wimbledon White paint is faded and has nicks all over. There are minor spots of surface rust the most noticeable being on the trunk lid. Engine: Good original condition. Mostly free from grease and oil. The valve covers and air cleaner are very nice. Chrome and Bright Work. Very straight and nice looking bumpers.
