1970 Camaro RS. Original orange split bumper car. The bad: Doors were stolen when parked in storage. No motor or transmission. Right front fender needs replacement. Also needs radiator and console and other small misc parts. No steering wheel and needs ignition. The good: (lots of good!) Original orange car that has never been restored. Rear quarters, trunk, and floors are as solid as when it was built new. This car has always been a southwestern car, so no rust. The inner floorboards are still painted with NO surface rust! Like I said, the quarters are straight and solid. This car needs NO major bodywork! Windshield and back glass are PERFECT, not even pits! The grille is perfect as well as the taillights. Trunk lid is straight. Hood has 1 small dimple only. Dash is uncracked. 150mph gauge cluster. Has complete set of Rally rims, but I believe are Oldsmobile (would look cool restored orange to match car). Have all seats that come with car. Car also has 10 bolt rear end and full dual exhaust still on car. This would be the perfect candidate for a complete (easy) restoration. Car has 'rebuilt' title, which I have been told is there because a previous owner titled vehicle with no engine/transmission, so they considered it a 'rebuilt' car. this would probably be resolved when car is titled in running condition. VIN does match title. (title is considered 'clear'). PS: rear valance is almost perfectly straight. Rear bumper just needs to be shined up. Front valance is there, but needs some work. Very fixable. Have one very nice front bumper also.On Nov-06-11 at 18:38:24 PST, seller added the following information: Forgot a couple things. front disc brakes. Lower quarters inside and out have zero rust. only slight surface rust only on trunk floor. Nothing even close to rust thru. This car will require NO floor board repairs, nor any rear quarter reeplacements. very clean underneath. You will not be disappointed. Small rust hole (very fixable on lower left front fender only.
