I bought it from a friend at work, then eventually my younger brother needed a car, so I gave him this one and purchased another car. He has been driving this car for 3 years now and I have helped him take care of it and maintain it. The car HAS been maintained well. It received a new timing belt and water pump about 8,000miles ago. Everything on this car works. All electronics are operational. The interior is pretty clean with no stains or rips. This is a car from a non smoker. My brother has a kid and is responsible and works. The car was not treated like a race car. It was driven normally. It is entirely unmodified. The only little thing is that it has a pretty nice Alpine CD player and has wiring for an amp if you're into that sort of thing. The tires on the car are in good shape, the alignment is perfect, and the breaks are fine. The car drives very well. The above are the pros of the car. There are a few things that the car needs. First, the car has a small coolant leak. It is either the bottom radiator hose where it connects to the radiator or the bottom of the radiator. I am not entirely sure which, but it is clear it is coming from that spot. Also, the car has some type of fuel leak. I typically only put 8 gallons in at a time and the smell is fairly faint, but is there. I have been driving the car around for several months now and don't find it to be noticeable all of the time, however on warmer days it is easier to notice. I have not had time to fix either of these problems nor do I have interest. I don't know about the fuel problem, but I am sure the coolant leak will be a pretty easy fix. The car IS driveable the way it is, however I am not sure what will be the case in terms of inspection. They may or may not care about the fuel smell and may or may not notice. I think for the person that is moderately interested in working on cars and has some technical aptitude, this is the perfect vehicle. The last few things I can think of are that this car does not have perfect paint. There are a few dents and scratches around the outside of it. Overall all are very minor, with the exception of a dent on the passenger side fender. It could also be easily popped out. The dome light does not come on automatically when the drivers side door is opened. Also, the air conditiong is complete and operational, however it does not blow cold. It may need a recharge. Last two things are the cup holder lid does not stay closed (see picture) as the clasp is broken and lastly the car needs an oil change soon. Over all that is it. I had a mechanic offer me a thousand dollars for this car, but I am not interested in it. I enjoy using ebay and think it is more fun this way. I'd rather sell the car this way. Overall the terms of this auction and sale are that the car is being sold as is. I guarantee that I offer all information about the car as accurately as I can and to the best of my ability. If you want to have the car shipped, I will be willing to meet the shipper when they come to pick up the car, but that is it. I will not and can not provide plates for vehicle transportation. The current registration and insurance will be inactive by the end of this auction. This car is titled in MA. I have the title clean and clear. My brother has signed it and that is it. The winner will receive the title and I can provide a bill of sale for the car and most recent registration if desired. If you will need anything else to accompany the sale of this car I can provide it no problem. I can guarantee a smooth and easy transaction absolutely 100%. Lastly, there is a deposit due immediately at the time of the auction via paypal only. The amount of the deposit is $400. If you will not have the money to pay for this car, please do not bid on it. I think it may have just gone out as I am pretty sure both headlights were working last time I drove the car. I may or may not have a chance to fix this before the auction ends.
