This is a solid TR6, the frame is solid and the body panels are free of rust. The motor is strong, but needs a tune up as well as an exhaust manifold gasket. The seats are good, and it comes with a tonneau cover. What it needs is a good finish person.... The car needs new carpet, a new top and a thorough going through. I have only owned this for one week and my better half says all the extra cars have got to go... I drove it down the road and it drives straight and stopped well. The previous owner put a straight four speed in it (w/o the over drive). The original transmission with the A type overdrive will come with the car, he said that it would not go into reverse so he put in a working transmission. It seems that since it is out it might as well be rebuilt and put back in... This car is a great way to get into a TR6 reasonably, and for very little cash and some elbow grease you will have lots of fun next summer!
