This one is a 1985 Ford Mustang GT Convertible. Collector owned and stored. This car is coming out of the personal collection of a Mustang collector. This car is currently is a showroom with 20 other Fox Body Mustangs. The Fox Body Mustang is quickly becoming THE collector car to have. This fine example has only 39,700 original miles on it. This car is all original right down to the paint. The paint and interior are in excellent condition. The top is in excellent condition. This car is near perfect. There are no excuses needed for this car. Runs and drives perfect. The a/c still blows cold. The 1985 GT came with a 302 H.O. V8 making 210 hp. In order for Ford to get these numbers the V-8 was upgraded to 8.4:1 forged pistons and mated with a 600cfm Holley 4V carb with a dual snorkel air cleaner. Everything under the hood look excellent as well. There is no rust on this car. We have included pictures of the trunk and under the doors to show this fact as well. This car runs and drives perfect. Clutch feel is good and shifts very good. Again, no excuses. As collectiblility rises, the prices for these cars just keep going up. There were only 5,549 Convertible GT's produced in 1985. How many do you think are left in this shape with only 39,000 miles on them?? The answer is not many. This is your chance to pick one up while they are still affordable.
