This 1974 Firebird Formula was originally a 4 speed 400 car. It has no motor or trans! It has its original fiberglass formula hood. In 1974 they were not function able. The car still has the 4 speed pedals,posi rear and the black dash is not cracked. The radio area has not been cut out for aftermarket radio. The car has its original seats but need to be reupholstered. This car had deluxe interior in it from the factory. We have taken pics of the car on a lift of the shock towers and frame rails. They all appear to be solid. It has all original Pontiac wheels with trim rings. One of the areas that rust of on these firebird where they usually rust out are on the corner of the metal dash by the vin and this one appears to be very clean in those pillar post areas. The upper nose where the grills are does not appear to be cracked. The sub frame and rad support are all solid as well. Surprisingly enough where the battery area on the rad support is not rotten! (Very solid)The Car does need floor work(we did some looking around on lift) ,passenger side rocker,fenders and doors are salvageable, could use lower quarter patch panels. The inner fender wells appear to be good. The trunk pan needs to patch work.Make no mistake this is a project car and is a rare 4 speed 400 formula!!!!!!!!We buy parts cars and sell parts on ebay(check out are store) this car is FAR to solid,and far to valuable to part out!!!! Just keep in mind that the fiberglass hood and the un-cracked dash is hands down worth $1200.So my asking price is very fair,make reasonable offer!!!
