Up for auction is this nice all original '29 2 door sedan. It has a 4 cylinder Flathead with a 3 speed transmission. It starts without any smoking, runs and stops good. It has an older restoration with period correct paint. The interior has been redone in light gray vinyl. The exterior has a few dings and scratches from age but very minor. Good driver quality for parades and cruising. All the glass is good. It has 2 new tires & the other 2 are fair or average. The rims have nice paint with shiny hub caps. The engine compartments is nicely detailed to be clean and free of any oil and grease. The tops looks good with one small tear about 1/4 inch that has been touched up with silicone and does not leak. The underside rearend has been power-washed and painted. Very nice radiator shell & headlight buckets. The front bumper looks new and shiny. The rear bumpers look OK, but are not new nor newly chromed. There is no patchwork or bondo present. Lights and guages all work along with the nice old ah-oogah horn. The doors open & close nicely along with the windows functioning properly. The body & fenders are all Ford steel. The e-brake works. New chrome lug nuts. Could possibly need new water pump, if so, easy to install for about $100.00 for the new leakless style. Overall a nice driver quality Model A with a reasonable & affordable reserve.
